What are your hours of operation?

PROMA KIT™ business hours are Monday – Friday 9am-6pm GMT

How do I place an order?

Orders may be placed at anytime. You will be offered the opportunity to review, correct or confirm your order prior to your final check out.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement providing you with your order details including the total value which has been debited from your credit/debit card.

Goods will not be dispatched until payment collection has been successful.


We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days (Monday through Friday only, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and bank holiday will be processed on the next business day. Delivery may take longer in exceptional circumstances. If this is the case, you shall be notified by email.


*Orders over £70 are delivered free of charge (to UK residents only). Orders of a value of £70-£80 will be delivered via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for and for orders over £80 via a parcel delivery service.

Delivery costs are determined by your final order weight. On checkout this cost will be automatically calculated depending on the items in your basket. Upon selecting your postal option during checkout, delivery costs will then be displayed.

Royal Mail require a signature on delivery. If you are not available, a ‘While You Were Out’ card will be left to let you know a delivery has been attempted, and you will need to contact the courier company to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from your local sorting office when convenient.

Where does PROMA KIT ship to?

Currently our website only ships to addresses within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands). If you would like to purchase our bags from any other country, please bare with us, as we are currently in the process of setting up worldwide shipment options.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries, either due to an incorrect address or unavailability of a signature. If goods are returned to us for these reasons, we can re-charge for handling and re-shipping.

If your delivery has not arrived within the correct time frame, please contact as soon as possible with all your transaction information.

For UK deliveries, goods cannot be classified as missing in the post until 15 working days have passed since the day of posting. We cannot take any action during this time, but will immediately make enquiries once that time frame has passed.

We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been processed?

PROMA KIT™ tries to process, package and ship your order as fast as possible. For this reason, we are usually unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.

If amendments are needed, we must be notified by email immediately. If we do not receive these details prior to the processing of your order, we may not be able to accept any changes. To avoid possible mistakes please thoroughly check your basket, payment and shipment details before confirming your order. We reserve the right to process original order submissions and ship to the cardholder’s address only, even if a different delivery address has been requested. This is for security reasons or if the card provider requests this service.


Can I return or exchange my order?

We trust you will love your new Proma Kit purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please contact us at: or click here to view our Returns policy.

My order is incorrect or was damaged

If the goods we delivered are not what you ordered, or are damaged or defective, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us immediately upon receipt by email at stating your order number and your query.

Damage caused by misuse will not be covered. Any delay in a claim for damage in transit may result in your claim being refused. If an item is delivered to you and has been damaged in transit, please ensure that you sign for the goods as "damaged" or "unchecked".

Is it safe to use my credit card?

At PROMA KIT™ we understand how important security is to you. When you order online with us, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. To date this is the most advanced consumer online security technique so you can be assured that your order will be placed safely and securely.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer any PRO makeup artist discounts. This is something we will look at in the future as our company expands.
